Hayley is an American actress and singer. Most people recognise the character as Erica Goldberg in the comedy television show 'The Goldbergs'. She is, however, musician. At the age of 9 older, she started dabbling into music. At the age of 12 the world of music had become serious enough for her to start training professionally. She ventured into songwriting at 13, and she was just 14 when she released her first album of cover songs. There hasn't been a turning around ever since. Orrantia is a native American with Hispanic origins. She's proud of the existence of Hispanic origins, even though she was raised using English only and never lived in Mexico. She endeavours to preserve it by studying Spanish and writing songs in the language. "Hasta Verte", a Spanish-language song that she's recorded is an example. In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the premiere episode of The X Factor. The Orrantia's YouTube video was picked and she received four "yeses" (or votes) for the judges during the Seattle audition. At first, she auditioned as a soloist, she and three female vocalists were placed in the final auditions in "Hollywood Week". The group was removed from the program during the fifth live week.
