Lisa Olivia Munn is a resident of Oklahoma City. Kimberly's mother is Chinese and was raised as a Chinese in Vietnam. Winston Barrett Munn comes from the American South. The couple divorced when Olivia was just two years old and she was a child of her mother and stepfather, an active member of the United States Air Force. Olivia was raised in Tokyo in Japan. Although her family had moved from Oklahoma to many other places however, it was in Tokyo which she completed the bulk of her education. In the years that followed she performed in various local theater productions and later was a model within the Japanese fashion business. Olivia moved into Los Angeles when her family had returned in her home in the United States to follow her ambition to become an actor. Following a handful of small performances, her career took a very promising turn after she secured the part of Mily Acuna in the Hawaii-focused television series Beyond the Break (2006) and the role of Rob Schneider's receptionist in Big Stan (2007). She is the host of "The Daily Nut" and the "Formula D" Podcasts on G4. She enjoys surfing, which she has been practicing since the TV show Beyond the Break (2006). She is also a black-belt in Taekwondo. At the age of two, her mother got married. The second time, she got married to a US Air Force serviceman. The family has moved many times but she lived the majority of her life in Tokyo Japan because that is the location where her father was stationed. The university she attended was at the University of Oklahoma where she was a journalism major with minors in Japanese and drama art.
