Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 is an American actor from the United States. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat pack group of actors. She appeared in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986), and WarGames. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. Sheedy began her acting career in the film Bad Boys at the beginning in the 80s. The film which was directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. The actress was in The Breakfast Club in 1985, a comedy drama following her initial fame. John Hughes' film, written by him, is considered to be one of the most acclaimed high-school movies in history. Even though the budget was $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed 50 million dollars. When she was working on this the first time on TV, her television debut took place on CBS Schoolbreak. The show targeted teenagers and began airing in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other television shows in which she was featured. In Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. She also appears on X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being a brief cameo. Sheedy's amazing performances have won many awards, such as her MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
